Attend the bioethics and medical humanities combined bachelor’s/master’s information session

If you’re on track to earn your bachelor’s degree in any major, ǿմý’s combined bachelor’s/master's degree program (formerly IGS) could be a fit for you. Join the School of Medicine’s Eileen Anderson and Leah Jeunnette on Wednesday, Feb. 22, at 5 p.m. for a virtual information session to learn more about earning a Master of Arts in Bioethics and Medical Humanities as part of the combined degree program.

The program is open to students from all majors, but may be of particular interest to:

  • Pre-health students who wish to strengthen their professional program applications while also enriching their healthcare training with a grounding in critical ethical issues and perspectives;
  • Pre-law students who hope to better understand the connection between bioethics, humanities and law as a way to enhance their law school applications; 
  • Nursing or engineering students who are looking to enhance their knowledge with greater bioethics and humanities context;
  • Humanities students who are looking to prepare for a doctoral program or explore career path options;

Undecided students who are exploring the next steps in their career path.
