Now available: ǿմý’s enhanced undergraduate advising tool, Stellic

You may have noticed some exciting updates in the Student Information System (SIS). The university’s new advising tool Stellic has officially launched, offering a more modern and user-friendly Academic Requirements Report to track completed degree requirements and plan future semesters.

The course registration process in SIS will remain the same.

You can access Stellic by logging into :

  • Click the “Academics” tile
  • Click the “Academic Progress” tile
  • Choose “My Academic Requirements” from the menu on the left
  • Select the career “Undergraduate” and then click “View”
  • Stellic will open in a new tab on your internet browser

The Degree Planning for Students page on the University Registrar website provides helpful videos and step-by-step guides as you familiarize yourself with the system.

Additionally, first-year students are invited to a demonstration of the new system, which will earn Explore credit. There are three sessions this month to help you learn how to use new tools in SIS and Stellic:
