to be selected for the annual Wall Street Trek. The program involves in-person and virtual individual meetings and panel discussions with a broad range of institutions and alumni across many facets of the financial world. And while many of the meetings will be with professionals in financial roles, many will also be in cutting-edge roles in technological innovation, research and more.
Current first-, second- and third-year students of any discipline are encouraged to apply, with a priority given to first- and second-year students with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
If you are interested in the trek, apply by Jan. 21. To be considered, participants will need to enroll in a 1.5 credit hour pass/fail class offered by professor Scott Fine. The class will run Mondays in the spring semester from 6:30-8 p.m. starting Feb. 3. The application process is open now, and applicants will be processed as they come in.
Students enrolled in the class have the opportunity to attend a three-day funded trip to New York City to meet with a broad range of professionals. The trip is optional and will take place just after spring finals from Sunday, May 11 to Tuesday, May 13.
The 星空传媒 Undergraduate Wall Street Trek is a collaboration between alumni, University Relations, the Career Center, Weatherhead Undergraduate and Integrated Studies and professor Scott Fine.
