If an employee expresses they or a family member have a serious health condition; need time away for military service; indicate they will soon have, adopt, or foster a child; or may need time away from the university, connect them to the Leave Specialist at leaves@case.edu to assist with any requests for FMLA Leave, Paid Parental Leave, or to discuss other potential time away from the university.

Employee may request an alternative work schedule, such as a flexible work schedule, compressed work week, telecommuting, or part-time schedule. Information can be found in the Alternative Work Arrangement Policy.
