Sign Up for T.H.I.N.K. Suicide Prevention Training

T.H.I.N.K. is a suicide prevention training to help people recognize warning signs and assist others who may be having suicidal thoughts. This training is available to all ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ students, faculty and staff.

RELAX Line

By calling 216.368.3999, you can access five different meditations designed to help you refocus, refresh, rejuvenate, renew and restore. (For best results, call from an on-campus phone.)

Each meditation ranges from one to 15 minutes; choose the one that best suits your needs for the day, or do multiple to gain even more benefit.
