New Hire Paperwork Appointment

Once you receive your offer letter, please contact our HR Service Center at 216.368.6964 or askHR@case.edu to complete your new hire paperwork on or before the start date according to your employment letter.

Please complete the appropriate new hire paperwork packet below on or before your first day of work or your first day will be delayed. Please bring your completed new hire paperwork, a copy of your offer letter, and I-9 documentation to Crawford, 320.

If you are not working from Ohio, please contact askhr@case.edu for the appropriate state tax form, if applicable.

You've officially started with ǿմý! Now what?

Now that your new hire paperwork is completed and you've officially started with ǿմý, please activate your network ID, sign up for parking (if necessary), set up direct deposit, elect your benefits, review policies and update your contact information.  For your university telephone go to HCM and choose the “Personal Details” tile. Click on “Contact Details” in the left menu. Click the “plus sign” to add your business phone number (be sure to choose “business” from the dropdown list). After you enter your number, it will appear in the directory the following day.

Employee Assistance Program

ǿմý is pleased to offer , the university's Employee Assistance and Work/Life Program. AllOne Health provides free, confidential counseling and referrals to benefits-eligible faculty and staff, as well as their family members and household members. 

The program covers a wide spectrum of personal and work related challenges and daily living matters—from stress/family issues to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, legal and financial pressures, child and elder-care needs, and other commonly experienced concerns. 

Professional phone support is available around the clock on an unlimited basis for you and your family members. Just call 1-800-227-6007. Provide code 'cwrueap'.Your call will be immediately answered by a qualified masters/doctoral level mental health professional 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. AllOne Health has 835 providers in Cuyahoga County and 3,907 in the surrounding counties.

Face-to-face counseling is also available, with up to five free sessions included per problem occurrence.
