CSWE 2020 Virtual Annual Program Meeting: Celebration & Presentations

"Leading Critical Conversations 2020"

The  is the place where social work education professionals collaborate, learn, teach and grow. The conference will take place virtually Nov. 16–20, 2020.

This year’s APM is focused on "Leading Critical Conversations: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion" and will feature hundreds of social work education presentations, daily keynote sessions, a virtual exhibit hall and networking opportunities.

Join Dean Grover “Cleve” Gilmore, alumni, faculty members, friends and students to reunite and recognize our 2020 Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) annual program meeting presenters and award winners. Every person affiliated with the school may attend our celebration this year – virtually!

We will honor Barbara Pierce, PhD (SAS '12), recipient of a 2020 Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression (SOGIE) Scholarship Award from the CSWE Council on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression.

Don’t miss the annual Hokenstad International Lecture on Nov. 19 from 1–2 p.m. featuring Cindy Blackstock: Colonialism in 2020: Seeking Equity for Nations within Nations.
