The State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (more commonly known as SARA) is an agreement between U.S. states and territories created for national oversight of postsecondary distance education offered across state lines. Approved institutions are authorized to offer distance education in every SARA state. Institutions must be approved by their home states to participate in SARA. On September 16, 2015, the State of Ohio Department of Higher Education approved ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ to participate in SARA .
On September 12, 2023, ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ was approved for continued participation in SARA.

ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ is in compliance with the State of California. As an accredited, private non-profit postsecondary institution, ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ is not required to register (seek approval) with California to offer online programs and courses. |
