Review the procedures below to apply for student loans listed in your estimated financial aid award.

Apply - Anytime

1. . Use the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ School Code 003137

ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Email Activation- After Enrollment Confirmation

- Once you have completed your Enrollment Response form, you may activate your ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Network ID and Student ID 
* You’ll also need to complete the to set up two-factor authentication. Once you have activated your network ID and enrolled in Duo Mobile, you can access your ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ email at .

1. Regularly Check Your Email- We may require additional documentation for your Financial Aid, please check your ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ email on a regular basis. 

2. Complete your internal financial aid application found in the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ My Financial Aid portal. A ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Network ID is required to access this site.

Complete Loan Documents and Accept Awards

1. Complete Loan Documents and Accept Awards
   Please note: Disbursement of private loans averages 3 to 4 weeks. Please apply early if you are borrowing a private loan. If you choose a lender not on the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ preferred lender list, please email faloans@case.edu.

   1. Accept/Decline Awards- You will receive an email notification once  your financial aid package is ready for you to review, revise, and accept your awards in the  
      
      ​​​​​​​After you have accepted your awards you will also need to complete the following loan documents :

      1. Complete through the Federal Student Aid Website. Go to Complete Aid Process. Make sure you select ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½
         
         You will complete 2 documents. Complete the Unsubsidized Loan and the PLUS MPN for Graduate/Professional Students.

      2. Complete through the Federal Student Aid Website. Make sure you select ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½.

      3. Apply for the through the Federal Student Aid Website. This is a credit-based application and the  credit decision is good for 180 days. If your credit decision  expires within the school year, you would just need to complete a new application.
         
         *If you begin your program in fall semester, you would want to wait until after May 15th to complete the Grad PLUS application as that is when the updated application for the new academic year is available for students to complete
