The 1098-T tax form is prepared annually for U.S. citizen and permanent resident students with qualified tuition and fees, as defined by IRS regulations.
You will receive an email notification when your 1098-T is available to view in SIS, during the month of January. Starting with Tax Year 2024, the form will be delivered electronically via SIS. To receive the tax form (current and future forms) mailed to your permanent address, you may click the Opt Out button at the bottom of the Tuition Tax Form during the Opt Out Window. You will receive an email when the Opt Out Window is open.
To access your tax form(s), please perform the following steps:
- Log into SIS at
- Click the "Finances" tile on the Student Home and then the "Tuition Tax Form" tile.
- Click the desired tax year hyperlink to access a PDF version of the 1098-T form.
If you are a student with an F-1 or J-1 visa, a 1098-T tax form is not prepared for you. Upon request, ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ will prepare the current tax year form. You must complete and submit a

- If you use a pop-up blocker, you will have to disable it to display your form.
- If you select the Opt Out option, the form cannot be accessed on-line by you or your SIS Financial Authorized User(s).
