ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½pay and Tuition Insurance Plan Changes
On January 6, ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ will make changes to the payment platform [ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½pay], accessible through the Student Information System (SIS), and its partnership with GradGuardâ„¢ to give you the option of a tuition insurance plan. Students and their SIS financial authorized users will be asked:
- to read and acknowledge the university’s refund policy (available at the link here), and
- to accept or decline the tuition insurance offer. The GradGuard™ Tuition Protection Plan offers reimbursement for non-refundable tuition, fees, and room and board charges (up to the policy’s limits) if a student needs to withdraw for one of the reasons covered under the plan. If a student or their SIS financial authorized user(s) decide to purchase this tuition insurance plan, they must complete the transaction prior to the add/drop deadline for the semester (Friday, January 24, 2025 for the Spring 2025 semester). IRS Form 1098-T (Tuition Statement) Delivery Changes
Starting with tax year 2024, the Form 1098-T will be delivered electronically via SIS. Once the current tax year form is available in SIS, students may Opt Out of electronic delivery using the Opt Out button in SIS during the opt out window (on or around January 13 to January 20). Students who Opt Out during the opt out window will receive the current and future tax forms mailed via postal service to their permanent address in SIS.

Payment Plans for 2024-2025
The university will continue using Flywire for its payment plans [ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½pay] and on May 1, 2024, we will begin accepting payment plan enrollment for the Fall 2024 semester tuition and fees with the earliest auto-withdrawal date on the payment plan being July 10, 2024.
To view the payment plan offers, please navigate to the Student Information System (SIS) > Finances > ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½pay > Payment Plans.
Significant changes to the payment plans for the academic year 2024-2025 include:
- All plans have a $25 nonrefundable sign-up fee, paid to Flywire.
- Payment plans range from one (1) month to four (4) months for scheduled payments.
- Enrollment will open May 1, 2024 for the Fall 2024 plans and October 1, 2024 for the Spring 2025 plans.
- An Offer Message info bubble was added to briefly describe each plan.
- Two of the plans (2 Month Plan and 1 Month Plan) have a down payment requirement since the enrollment deadline was extended. The down payment, in addition to the $25 nonrefundable sign-up fee, is due upon enrollment in the plan.
