Actionable Intelligence for Social Policy at University of Pennsylvania produced a three-part series of reports, funded by the Gates Foundation, to explore the value of linked administrative data in the study of programs and policies that drive mobility out of poverty.
Claudia Coulton, the Lillian F. Harris Professor of Urban Research & Social Change at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences; a Distinguished University Professor; and the founding director of the Center on Urban Poverty and Community Development, served as an advisor on the reports.
The Poverty Center鈥檚 work using administrative data to inform Cleveland鈥檚 lead poisoning and abatement efforts is cited heavily in the 鈥渨ork in action鈥 section of the spatial analysis report.
