Ginger Yanchar, MSSA, LISW-S, is a fidelity specialist at the Center for Evidence-Based Practices at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, where she conducts evaluations of evidence-based practices utilizing standardized fidelity tools for programs and systems that receive services from the Center. She also provides consultation and recommendations for implementation and program improvement.

Mrs. Yanchar brings her background of working with evidenced-based practices in community adult mental health to her work at the Center. Before joining the evaluation team, she spent over 16 years developing, implementing, and sustaining award-winning supported employment programs at two community mental health organizations in Northeast Ohio. She also engaged in supported employment fidelity reviews with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, and implemented policies, procedures, and forms to support Employment Services Standards set forth by CARF.

Mrs. Yanchar is a returning member of the Center, having formerly worked as the Director of Consultation & Training/Supported Employment, where she provided consultation and training services to sites across Ohio. She facilitated fidelity reviews and assisted agencies in achieving improved fidelity to the evidence-based practice of Supported Employment.

Mrs. Yanchar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Art degree in Music Performance from Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio. She earned a Master’s degree in Social Science Administration at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½.
