The ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ MPH Student Experience!

The MPH program has been thoughtfully planned to encourage students to collaborate, voice their opinions, listen and learn from others and ultimately support and champion one another as they go through the challenging journey of obtaining an MPH degree from one of the most prestigious Universities.

The MPH program believes in the commitment to diverse and multidisciplinary collaboration based on the conviction that the most effective public health outcomes occur through the development of relationships over time.  As a result of this, MPH leadership creates opportunities for MPH students to collaborate with other students within the School of Medicine.

The MPH program offers numerous activities and events to engage with peers and the community outside the classroom such as social events like Tobogganing where even the MPH  program director, Dr. Tisch joined in on the fun and community service events. There is also the graduate student council which acts as the governing body for ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ graduate students and over 100 graduate student organizations to be involved in.

As a MPH student at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ you will be connecting with peers who have different backgrounds and perspectives to share and you will learn from each other. Over the course of the last three years, the MPH program has attracted students from over 30 different countries around the world, with more than 50% of the program's total enrollment being international students. Ghana, Nigeria, India, and Pakistan are just a few common places that MPH International Students are from. ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ admitted approximately 1,575 international graduate students in the year 2022.
