ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Master of Science in Anesthesia students with ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ president and provost in Washington, D.C.

One of the greatest assets of the Master of Science in Anesthesia Program at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ is our people.

Our faculty and clinical instructors are accomplished anesthetists and physicians. They support the profession as advocates and educators, and they are deeply committed to teaching ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ MSA students. They work tirelessly to ensure we meet our goal to train the best anesthetists in the world.

Our students, staff, and administrators also uniquely contribute to the program. Second-year students mentor first-year students in the summer semesters. Each year, the second-years have the opportunity to take on leadership roles as student chiefs or as representatives for the American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants and the American Society of Anesthesiologists. Our staff and administrators support the didactic and clinical faculty, work with students, oversee relationships with our clinical affiliates and institutional partners, and support the program in countless other ways.

Together we cultivate an intentional learning community, and we’re excited by what we’ve built as a network holistically and at each program location individually. We’re proud to be known for our supportive, family-like environment where students are challenged to learn, grow, and collaborate.

As professionals, anesthetists work in a team-based clinical setting. They are key members of the anesthesia care team, and their contributions to the team help to save the lives of patients every day. For the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ MSA Program, the team starts in our classrooms, our simulation labs, and our offices.

We encourage you to learn more about our team: our faculty and staff, our current students, and our alumni.
