During the 2022-23 academic year, the students in the IP Venture Clinic filed a number of patent and trademark applications. Also, in April 2023, Grant Graham ’23, a legal intern and student in the IP Venture Clinic, filed his own U.S. trademark application for federal registration for the trademark WANDERSTRUCK. Graham started a company for which he took the opportunity to also be a client, filing his own trademark for a company he started during law school. Graham is nearing the end of the application process and anticipates having his own U.S. Federal Trademark Registration in the near future.
