About
Collegium Musicum specializes in performing medieval and Renaissance vocal and instrumental music. These various ensembles, directed by Dr. Elena Bailey and coached by graduate students and guest artists, perform on replicas of period instruments (shawms, sackbuts, recorders, renaissance flute, vielle, rebec, percussion, etc.) from the Kulas Collection of Historical Instruments. The ensembles perform once or twice per semester in venues on and off the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ campus, and often collaborate in larger projects with other Historical Performance groups.
