Department Communications

The music office uses this (Google Group) to share important announcements with all undergraduate and graduate students in the Department of Music. You can return to the board to search past conversations. Please ensure you are logged into your ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Gmail to access it.

Digital Tools and Supplies

Many of these shared folders/documents require your ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Network ID to view. Please make sure to log in to your ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Gmail account (abc123@case.edu).

Network Printing and Copying

A network printer/copier is available in Haydn Hall (Room 216). Upon request, the music office will supply you with a unique copy code. To help reduce material and maintenance costs, scanning is encouraged. Please note that these printers are to be used only for academic requirements and not for personal assignments or projects.

• Haydn Hall Copier: For computer setup, see Ken Wendt. For your copy code, contact Jennifer Wright.
• Denison Hall Copier: For access, contact Nicholas Strawn.
• Kelvin Smith Library: Scanning, multimedia, and digitization services are available.
• FedEx Office in Thwing: Professional printing services are available. (fees apply)

Remember, if you're in a pinch, you can request concierge services by email or stop by the music office to see a student concierge team member during .

Offices Supplies

We keep general office supplies (pens, paper, clips, etc.) in the 1st-floor stockroom at Haydn Hall or in the Denison Hall music library. Specialty items can be ordered by emailing Jennifer Wright.
