Tracey Gonzalez is the Deputy Court Administrator of the Cleveland Municipal Court General Division. She joined the court in 2021 and assist in managing the day-to-day operations and functions of the court. She previously served the Court as Chief Magistrate of the Housing Division. She holds her Juris Doctorate Degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and is currently licensed to practice law in Ohio and Georgia. In her current administrative role, Ms. Gonzalez has received certifications as a Certified Court Manager and Certified Court Executive from the National Center for State Courts. Ms. Gonzalez grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida, but considers Cleveland home. She has three children and two dogs. She enjoys tennis, bike riding, and laughing with friends and family.

Phil is married and lives in Sharon, VT with his spouse and has 2 adult children. In his free time he enjoys moving dirt and rocks around his hillside, riding motorcycle, and travelling. Alberto Montero, MD, MBA is clinical director of the Breast Cancer Medical Oncology Program at University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center and professor of medicine at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ School of Medicine. He is board certified in medical oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Montero has been in academic practice for over 15 years and has demonstrated a strong record of accomplishment in breast cancer clinical research serving as principle investigator in numerous clinical trials. He has over 100 peer-reviewed publications. Prior to joining the UH Seidman Cancer Center team, Dr. Montero was a staff physician at Cleveland Clinic in the department of hematology/oncology, and served as chief quality improvement officer and patient experience officer at the Taussig Cancer Institute. Dr. Montero graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree at University of Texas at Austin and earned his medical degree from University of Texas, Galveston. He also earned his MBA at University of Miami School of Business. He completed his internal medicine residency training at University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and his hematology-oncology fellowship at University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. He has served on numerous committees and editorial boards, including serving as associate editor for Breast Cancer Research & Treatment, and recently has served as a reviewer and study chair for the Department of Defense Breast Cancer Research Program (BCRP). He is a member of several professional societies, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Association of Cancer Research.

Tara Schmitt currently serves as Senior Director of Donor Engagement and Alumni Relations for the College of Arts and Sciences at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½. In this role, she helps to connect university alumni and supporters with the diverse work taking place in the college. Prior to joining ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, Tara was a Senior Regional Director for Higher Ground Education, overseeing a region of Guidepost Montessori schools. There she managed a portfolio of more than 25 schools with an overall operating budget of $68 million. As senior regional director, Tara had on average 28 heads of school reporting to her in addition to several regional managers, each holding a portfolio of 12-20 schools. Prior to joining Higher Ground, Tara served as head of school for both charter and Montessori schools
