Personal Career Guidance, Support and Industry Mentorship

Every step of the way, Weatherhead students are supported by dedicated teams to provide career guidance, make connections and open doors. You'll have access to several networking opportunities, information sessions, industry events and more through our Career Management Office

Direct resources available to students include:

  • The Career Management Office (CMO), a team of experienced professionals who provide coaching, resume reviews, mock interviews and more. You are encouraged to connect with the Career Management Office early on in your academic program to gain the most from resources and services such as career assessments, career fairs, job listings, events with employers and alumni, resume reviews, coaching and much more.
  • A dedicated program director and program manager who will connect with you one-on-one before your arrival on campus and support your career goals.
  • A mentor from the finance profession that is aligned with your specific career interests.  Each mentor has no more than two students and meets with students in person at least several times a year.  Mentors are pulled from alumni at leading companies that have recently hired our students—for example, Amazon, Beese Fulmer Private Wealth Advisors, BNY Mellon, Cohen & Co, Deloitte, Farmers Insurance, Guggenheim Partners, KeyBank, McKinsey, and Woodside Health.
