A Master's Degree in Business Analytics and Intelligence is a Smart Career Decision
The rise of big data has led to a boom in business analytics careers and a growing number of people seeking a master's in business analytics. According to IBM, the number of jobs for data professionals in the U.S has increased to 2,720,000. The demand for business analytics professionals is substantial. At the same time, there is a huge deficit in the number of qualified applicants to fill the rise in analytics positions.
Weatherhead School of Management at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ aims to meet this need through our Master of Business Analytics and Intelligence program.
Personal Career Guidance, Support and Mentorship
Every step of the way, Weatherhead students are supported by dedicated teams to provide career guidance, make connections and open doors. You'll have access to several networking opportunities, information sessions, industry events and more through our Career Management Office.
Direct resources available to students include:
- The Career Management Office (CMO), a team of experienced professionals who provide coaching, resume reviews, mock interviews and more. By partnering with CMO, you will be able to make the most of your business analytics degree and secure the best job to match your skill set.
- A dedicated program director and program manager who you will connect with you one-on-one before you even arrive on campus and assist you in achieving your career goals.
- A mentor from the business analytics field. Mentors are business analytics professionals from a variety of companies such as Progressive, Sherwin Williams, Nationwide, Goodyear, Cleveland Clinic, Deloitte, Ford, Visa, KeyBank and more.
The Career Management Office has helped me with mock interview sessions and resume assistance. The mentorship program is also great for me because I get to connect with people already working in analytics and learn about their daily responsibilities for different industries. I also leveraged both networking events and alumni resources when I was looking for a full-time job. I connected with alumni during the Weatherhead career fair, who later helped me to get my full-time job offer.â€
