Forté Rising Star

The Forté Foundation is committed to launching women into fulfilling, significant careers through access to business education, professional development and a community of successful women. In support of undergraduate women at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, Weatherhead School of Management is a member school of the . Student members gain access to leadership conferences and opportunities to network across the country. .

National Black MBA Association

Weatherhead School of Management has partnered with the (NBMBAA), a 20,000-member organization across 40 professional chapters focused on increasing awareness and facilitating access to graduate and business education programs in professional fields, through the NBMBAA Collegiate Partnership Program. 

NBMBAA’s Collegiate Partnership Program is designed to establish long-term holistic partnerships with institutions of higher education with a goal to ultimately increase placement rates of student members and the overall impact of NBMBAA in education and wealth creation. The partnership includes access to graduate business scholarships for full-time MBA students, case competitions, and the annual conference for career and internship placement, networking and professional development.

Prospanica

In partnership with the (formerly the National Association of Hispanic MBAs), the Weatherhead School of Management will select up to three scholars each year to advance the future of Hispanic-American business leaders. Each candidate will receive a scholarship, an industry professional mentor, a stipend for student membership, travel, and registration to attend the national conference for additional career and professional development, as well as access to 250+ employers.  

Open to those enrolling in the full-time offerings of the MBA, accountancy, business analytics, supply chain and finance programs. 

The PhD Project

was founded upon the premise that advancements in workplace diversity could be propelled forward by increasing the diversity of business school faculty. The PhD Project helps Black/African American, Latinx/Hispanic American and Native Americans attain their PhDs and become business professors who will mentor the next generation of leaders. Weatherhead School of Management is proud to be a participating university.

ROMBA (Reaching Out MBA)

In partnership with Reaching Out MBA, the biggest and most well-known organization for supporting the LGBT+ MBA community, Weatherhead School of Management is a participating school of the ROMBA Fellowship program.

About the ROMBA Fellowship

Since its inception in 2015, the ROMBA Fellowship program has grown to include 63 top business schools from around the world. Their competitive scholarships are awarded to MBA students who have demonstrated strong academic skills as well as leadership in the LGBT+ community.

In addition to the financial support awarded by participating schools, ROMBA Fellows become part of a strong and diverse business network. Opportunities and benefits are designed to elevate fellows to the organization’s corporate partners and connect them with other fellows and their larger network of 15,000+ peers and alumni. These opportunities extend beyond their campus and allow them to develop as out LGBT+ and active ally leaders. .
