Justin is an exercise physiologist and Senior Research Associate at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ (ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½) in the Department of Pediatrics. He received both his Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and his Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from The Ohio University.  Justin is certified by The American College of Sports Medicine as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), formerly called Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEP) and he is also Exercise Is Medicine (E.I.M.) Credentialed.

Justin currently coordinates the human performance laboratory at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ in the Department of Pediatrics under the direction of Dr. James Strainic, MD. He has authored and co-authored many published abstracts and manuscripts. Clinically, he conducts all of the diagnostic exercise studies at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital (RB&C) in the Department of Pediatric Cardiology. Justin also teaches Exercise Physiology and Macronutrient Metabolism in the Department of Nutrition at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½. Additionally, he teaches exercise physiology concepts and practical laboratories to undergraduate, graduate, medical students, and fellows in several different departments at RB&C. In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, playing the drums, and cooking!
