Next Steps: Once you register and submit your abstract, participants for poster awards will receive a confirmation email with instructions to upload your poster file prior to the symposium. Evaluation: At least three reviewers will assess your abstract and poster, and your oral presentation will be evaluated during the event on April 7. Event Speakers
Keynote speaker: Jeff Leek, PhD. He is a distinguished biostatistician known for his engaging style and ability to reach a diverse audience. Currently serving as vice president and chief data officer at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, he received the COPSS Presidents’ Award in 2021. Leek is also renowned for his online educational efforts and advocacy for developing a Comprehensive Resource for the Study of Human Gene Expression using Machine Learning and Data Science.
