Dr. Stoller will explore leadership themes from his books, such as creating cultures that embrace and model the classic virtues--trust, compassion, courage, justice, wisdom, temperance and hope--to achieve discretionary effort (when people do the right thing when no one is watching) and helping teams navigate turbulence without lowering performance expectations. Stoller will also share his career and leadership journey and milestones, imparting lessons to encourage others. A Q&A session will follow. Stoller's books are Better Humans, Better Performance (2022) and Exception to the Rule (2018). Light hors d'oeuvres will be provided after the chat.
