Ronald brings over 15 years of information technology (IT) experience—primarily in technical support—to his role at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½. His career began in the U.S. Air Force, where he started as a network security technician. After transitioning to the civilian sector, Ronald began his path in technical support. He eventually became a team lead on help desks within the property preservation and mortgage industries. In his current role, Ronald supports the Animal Resource Center and Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC).
