Competitions
A case competition is an excellent chance to show that you possess both academic prowess and practical know-how. You can participate in a number of case competitions, including:
- Morgenthaler-Pavey Startup Competition: An annual startup venture competition.
- : An annual consulting case competition.
- : A student-run international conference held annually at Emory University's Goizueta Business School, with more than 50 students from around the world. UBSLC provides a forum for top undergraduate business students to meet with leading business executives, cultivate meaningful connections and unify under a common theme designed to help them become more effective leaders and professionals. What these leaders learn here will impact hundreds of students at their home schools and thousands of their future coworkers.
- : A case study competition designed to give students from leading university business programs across the country real world experience and invaluable insights into mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, financial advisory and private equity.
- : A premier event that brings together top-level, diverse talent from colleges and universities across the country. This event includes networking, a case competition, and workshops. Corporate partners have the opportunity to recruit students by judging the case competition, presenting workshops, and engaging in networking.
Conferences
Presenting at an academic conference is an excellent opportunity to take your research project a step further, to hone public speaking skills, to increase your network, and to prepare for a career or a graduate degree.
