Our student technician team is composed of motivated students from all disciplines at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ and the Cleveland Institute of Art. With no prior technical or work experience necessary, our student technicians represent a range of skill levels and expertise.
As a member of the think[box] team, you’ll be expected to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation including friendliness, patience, and strong communication skills as you support our efforts involving fabrication or prototyping. Important Dates
Considering applying to work at Sears think[box]? Be aware of these key dates in our application cycle:
- November – Application opens
- January – Information Sessions (all sessions will take place in the Presentation Area on Floor 2 at think[box]):
- Friday, January 17, from 1 - 2 PM
- Saturday, January 18, from 5 - 6 PM
- Wednesday, January 22, from 6 - 7 PM
- Friday, January 24, from 1 - 2 PM
- Saturday, January 25, from 1 - 2 PM
- January 27 – Application closes at 9:00 a.m.
- February 2 - February 28 – Interviews
- March 12 – Employment offers extended
- August – Mandatory technician training before the semester begins
