About

Wellness. There are four dimensions of wellness, spiritual, emotional, physical, and social. Each plays a vital role in a person's overall health. Here at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ in University Health & Counseling Services (UH&CS), we strive to focus on and support all four dimensions. When we practice wellness, we are taking a holistic approach that is invaluable to the improvement of health outcomes. For the benefit of students and the overall campus community UH&CS offer various programs and services that seek to mitigate risk, remove barriers to student success, encourage work-life balance, and create a diverse respectful environment in which all can learn. We welcome all undergraduate, graduate/professional, CIA, CIM, and KSU Podiatry students to attend our events and utilize our services.

UHCS provides medical and mental health care for students of ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½. Our interdisciplinary team includes physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, social workers, counselors, nurses, medical assistants and for our varsity athletics, athletic trainers. We value a collaborative, holistic approach to treating the mind and body.

UH&CS is dedicated to fostering a community of belonging, where every individual is respected, valued and supported.
We remain committed to:

  • Ensuring UH&CS is a place where all students receive high-quality, respectful care.
