How do I register for events?

Where do I check in?

Check-in will be held at the Tinkham Veale University Center, with satellite locations at the Frank N. and Jocelyne K. Linsalata Alumni Center as well as the Sheila and Eric Samson Pavilion at the Health Education Campus of ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ and Cleveland Clinic.

 

Check-in hours are:

Thursday, Nov. 14: noon–7 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 15: 8 a.m.–7 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 16: 8 a.m.–1 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 15: 6:30–10:30 a.m. and 1:30–6:30 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 16: 8:30 a.m.–noon

You must check in to receive your name badge and a ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½-branded winter scarf for you to keep warm throughout the weekend. Wear your name badge on campus at all times, as it grants admission to your selected events. 

Where can I get assistance during homecoming weekend?

Visit one of our help desks! ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ staff members are available at and . Whether you need special accommodations, directions to your next destination or want to be greeted by a friendly face, visit a help desk for all your needs.

Alumni Association staff will also be monitoring the homecominghelp@case.edu email throughout the weekend.

Will there be shuttles?

Yes! Shuttles will be running on a loop throughout the weekend. View shuttle routes and stops.

What should I wear?

Attire is casual unless otherwise specified in your confirmation. We encourage packing a mix of casual spirit clothing and at least one business outfit. Don't forget—Cleveland's weather in November can be cold and unpredictable.

Where should I stay?

University Circle hotels book quickly for homecoming weekend. Please call early for the best availability. Visit Travel Services for more information and specific hotel rates, and please note that the listed rates are based on availability. 

Where should I park?

Weekend parking passes for Garage S-46 (DiSanto Field) and Cleveland Clinic’s P1 Parking Garage are available for purchase. Purchase parking as a part of your .


ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Garage S-46 parking pass

This parking pass is valid for the following parking garage only, beginning Thursday, Nov. 14, through Sunday, Nov. 17. 

  • Garage S-46 (): Thursday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–10 p.m.; Sunday, 8 a.m.–noon

Overnight parking is not permitted and this pass is not valid at any other garage or lot on campus.* This parking pass will get you in and out of Garage 46 (DiSanto Field) throughout homecoming weekend. There is a shuttle stop outside of Garage 46, and shuttles will be looping throughout the weekend to get you where you need to go. 

*You might be used to parking at other parking lots/garages while visiting campus, and you still can, but parking would be pay-as-you-go. Follow directions on the posted signage at whichever respective lot/garage you choose. Note that some homecoming events offer complimentary valet parking. If that is the case, you will be notified in your confirmation email. 

 

Cleveland Clinic parking validation cards

Cards are valid for only. The garage is accessible 24/7 from Thursday, Nov. 14, through Sunday, Nov. 17. You may only enter and exit via the east side of the garage on East 93rd St.

Individual validation cards are required for each exit of the garage. A card allows for up to a maximum of eight continuous hours of parking.

Purchasers will need to pick up validation cards upon arrival at check-in, or reach out to homecominghelp@case.edu to arrange an alternative pick up method.

ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½â€™s Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing marked its 100th anniversary of educating students. Members of the Class of 1973 were the first to be inducted as Graduates of Distinction in a special ceremony, marking the occasion with a gift to support ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ students. The Spartan football team defeated Westminster 31-6.
