This lecture-recital explores genre and form in eighteenth-century English instrumental music through this fashionable medium, featuring works by Felice Giardini, William Jackson of Exeter, Carl Friedrich Abel, Augustus Kollmann, and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Performers:
- Damonico Taylor, period violin
- QinYing Tan, historic keyboards
