Weatherhead invites experts from corporate, academic, and startup spheres to submit proposals for Flash Talks—short, impactful presentations that explore AI’s influence on job creation, business innovation, productivity, and the democratization of skills. Selected speakers will have the chance to share case studies, product demos, and research on topics like human-AI collaboration, employment trends, and workforce optimization tools.
To apply, please submit a one-page abstract detailing your presentation title, format, and key takeaways, along with a brief video response to two questions:
- Why do you want to speak at the AI Symposium?
- What’s the essence of your presentation?

The symposium will feature two renowned keynotes, each offering unique perspectives on the future of AI in the workplace. Matt Beane, author of The Skill Code: How to Save Human Ability in an Age of Intelligent Machines, will share insights on technology’s impact on workforce evolution, inspiring attendees to rethink skills in an AI-driven world.
Shivang Desai and Chandralike Hazarika, prominent experts in AI and workforce transformation, will discuss emerging AI technologies and their roles in reshaping business and employment landscapes.
