Engineers without Borders
Engineers without Borders is a student organization offering opportunities to students from the major of engineering to connect with undeserved communities on a local and global scale, in order to provide these communities with sustainable solutions. These engineers work in areas of clean water, and clean energy, and work together to promote socially and environmentally sustainable communities. Food Recovery Network
ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½'s chapter of the endeavors to connect left over food to those without food in the greater Cleveland area. Founded in 2014, the group regularly picks up day old baked items from Einstein's Bagels on campus and drop offs at West Side Catholic Center, which serves meals to those in need. Net Impact
The Net Impact Club at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½â€™s Weatherhead School of Management is the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ extension of the global Net Impact organization,which works to connect thousands of individuals from all over the world dedicated to embedding sustainability and environmental and social change into everyday business and school life. ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½â€™s Net Impact Club is open to all graduate level students, and meets to implement the overarching goals of the Net Impact organization through collaborative brainstorming and idea generation. The Student Sustainability Council (SSC) is open to all undergraduate students, and provides an opportunity for students to collaborate with one another on ongoing campus projects, while innovating and creating entirely new ways to be sustainable. A unique club on campus, the Wilderness Adventure Club brings student experts in outdoor sports as well as beginners to explore nature together. Outings, lessons and discussions on many wilderness sports bring the group together.
