As the spring semester kicks off, University Health and Counseling Services is available to support you. The next several months are filled with events to promote your mindfulness and wellness. Learn a new skill, take time to reflect and get the support you need at an upcoming event.

Mindful Activity Hour

University Health and Counseling Services will host activity hours, starting the end of January in the Tinkham Veale University Center Senior Classroom B. 


T.H.I.N.K. Suicide Prevention Training

Talk. Help. Identify Signs. Navigate Resources. Kindly Refer. T.H.I.N.K. is a virtual suicide prevention training to help people recognize warning signs and assist others who may be having suicidal thoughts.




Rethinking Anxiety and Depression

This three-session, in-person workshop is intended to help increase understanding of anxiety and depression. Learn how to successfully recognize symptoms and gain insight on creative ways to manage depression and anxiety as a student.

Wellness Wednesday

Wellness Wednesday is a collaboration between University Health and Counseling Services and the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) to provide educational workshops on a variety of wellness topics. Space is limited, so registration is recommended. All Wellness Wednesday's will be held in OMA鈥檚 office space in Sears 409.
