Kristin Nauman joined the SA&L team in March of 2024 as our Department Coordinator. She will be working closely with the Sparta Center, SA&L student interns, Undergraduate Student Government (USG) finances, and advising the Thwing Study Over (TSO) Committee. Kristin is excited to work with student leaders and assist the department in any tasks needed.
Kristin is originally from the Cleveland area but moved to South Carolina with her family in 2018. She attended college at Furman University and received a B.A. in Psychology and Communications with a minor in Poverty Studies. During her undergrad, Kristin was heavily involved in the student activity programming board, Gallup Strengths and Leadership group, Orientation Staff, and event operations for the student center. She has always been drawn to Higher Ed and Student Affairs and is excited to grow personally and professionally in this field.
Before coming to ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, Kristin completed a year of service with the Jesuit Volunteer Corp and worked at Saint Ignatius High School in the Marketing and Communications Department. A few fun facts about Kristin: she has a twin sister, loves good coffee and fresh baked goods, was on an episode of House Hunters (Twinning in Cleveland), and has run three full marathons!
