Heather Willis joined the SA&L team in June 2023 as Assistant Director for Engagement. She advises the Class Officer Collective and Thwing Study Over Committee. Heather also directs marketing for the office and oversees the University Spirit Committee.
Prior to joining the SA&L team, Heather was a graduate assistant for the Office of Residence Life here at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½. In this role, she co-supervised a staff of Resident Assistants, advised a Community Council, and created programs for her residence halls. Heather also interned with the President’s Leadership Development Program and the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusive Engagement at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½.
Heather received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Barton college and a Master of Education degree in Higher Education Administration & Student Affairs from Kent State University. Heather is originally from the east coast of North Carolina but has been enjoying her past two years in Cleveland. In her free time, Heather enjoys watching Marvel movies/shows, playing euchre, and going line dancing.
