Campus Services works with the Office of Conferences and Special Events for all major university events such as commencement, convocations and VIP visits.
Special Event Parking Request
Are you hosting an event? Campus Services provides parking for special events. This parking is usually restricted to after-business hours and is available in university-owned lots. Availability will vary depending on the time, date, and location.
All requests for special event parking, including the Health Education Campus Samson Pavilion and Dental Clinic, must be made using the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ online request form. The form should be submitted no later than 30-days before the event.
If you require an attendant, there is a $20/hour attendant fee. There is also a 3 hour minimum ($60).
Department Guest Parking Validations
Departments can purchase or validations for their guest. The chaser tickets are only valid in the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ visitor parking garages. Parking can be used in the Cleveland Clinic JJ Garage.
Samson Pavilion (not including Dental Clinic)
Cleveland Clinic Parking Services provides self-parking and/or valet for special events in the Samson Pavilion only. All special events must have confirmed approval from the Health Education Campus Academic Administration. Requests for special event self-parking and/or valet services should be submitted no later than 30-days before the event.
Self-Parking

• Only Cleveland Clinic Parking Services provides a valet for Samson Pavilion. The Requestor will be contacted for final planning or notification if the valet is not available.
• Valet special events cost $25-per hour per valet driver required.
• Supplemental support requests (e.g. golf carts, shuttle services) may be available at additional cost.
