Dr. Christine Schmotzer earned her B.A. in Biochemistry and Chemistry from ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ in 1999 and remained at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ to earn her M.D. in 2004. She completed her residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology as well as a Molecular Genetic Pathology Fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2009, Dr. Schmotzer joined University Hospitals Case Medical Center as Director of Clinical Chemistry with later roles as Medical Director of the UH Translational Laboratory, Division Chief of Clinical Pathology, and Medical Director of Point of Care Testing. She currently serves as Vice Chair of System Pathology Operations for University Hospitals.
