The Staff Toolkit Series is a collaborative program between the School of Medicine Office for Faculty Development and Diversity and the School of Medicine Office for Faculty Affairs and Human resources, with assistance from and participation by various university offices and personnel.
The Staff Toolkit series of workshops is designed to provide School of Medicine staff members with information about diverse topics that are important to their career success and their career satisfaction at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ School of Medicine, e.g. enhancing career options, managing conflict, and employee resources. Many of the topics offered are selected based on staff suggestions. The focus of the workshops are rotated, so that a different topic is addressed each month.
Staff Toolkit workshops are offered on the fourth Tuesday of every month from noon to 1:00 p.m. and are co-hosted with the School of Medicine Office for Faculty Affairs and Human Resources. The workshops are recorded and are available via the internet for those who are unable to attend. You are welcome to bring your lunch; we provide beverages and desserts.
Feel free to suggest additional topics and presenters. We are always searching for more ways to help staff move forward with their career goals and for unknown talent.
