The Selection Committee includes four standing members that rotate over three year terms, with Dr. Garvin, the TL1 Leader.
- Committee members are selected to ensure a diverse and inclusive membership and balance with respect to scientific expertise, training background, KUH focus area, and academic affiliation.
- Their primary charge will be to convene when training slots become available and applications are received for review. Scores are then submitted to the CREATE Steering Committee for funding decisions.
Current members are:

(expertise in epidemiology and observational trials with a research focus on nephrology).
(expertise in molecular and cell biology with a research focus on benign hematology).
(expertise is hematology).
