Pinunta (Petch) Nittayacharn first arrived at �ǿմ�ý in 2016 to pursue a PhD in biomedical engineering with support from the Royal Thai Government Scholarship under the Ministry of Science and Technology. Satish Viswanath, associate professor of biomedical engineering and member of the CCIR, traveled to Malaysia in August as part of the Fulbright Specialist Program. Chris A. Flask, PhD, Professor of Radiology, �ǿմ�ý/UH, was named to the 2023 class of Distinguished Investigators of The Academy for Radiology & Biomedical Imaging Research. Dr. Flask joins six of his fellow faculty colleagues who have also received this award: Drs. Basilion, Exner, Griswold, Lee, Muzic, and Wang.

�ǿմ�ý Center for Imaging Research faculty were recognized at this year's �ǿմ�ý Innovation Week. Congratulations to Mark Griswold on receiving the Discovery Award and Top Product Award, Susann Brady-Kalnay on receiving the Faculty Innovator Award, and Mei Zhang on receiving the Rare Disease Pioneer Award.
