Add Citrix Workspace to your iPad so you can access MyApps from your tablet.
- Visit the Apple App Store and search for "Citrix Workspace". Click "Get" to download.
- Open Citrix Workspace App. Click "Get Started".
- In the "Email address or Store URL" box, enter "myapps.case.edu".
- Enter your ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Network ID (abc123) and passphrase.
- Use DUO for two-factor authentication.
- Successful login will show the Favorites area.
- Open Citrix Workspace and log in
- View all available streaming apps by clicking on the + on the left side.
- Scroll through list to the program you wish and click the + to add to the list.
- To remove from the list, click on the check mark on the list.
- Click on the app you wish to start.
- Use software as needed.
- At the top of the screen click on the white down arrow to see options. Click on "Home" to return to the Favorites screen and select another software.
- If you prefer to use the MyApps Desktop, on your iPad open a web browser and visit myapps.case.edu.
- Log into MyApps
- Download a small file when prompted
- Open the file using Citric Workspace
- Select Desktop, then your preferred Desktop. Depending on your role at the university, you may see more than one desktop (e.g. Student Desktop, ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Desktop). You will now see a virtual Windows desktop.
