MyApps - iPad

Add Citrix Workspace to your iPad so you can access MyApps from your tablet.

  1. Visit the Apple App Store and search for "Citrix Workspace". Click "Get" to download.
  2. Open Citrix Workspace App. Click "Get Started".
  3. In the "Email address or Store URL" box, enter "myapps.case.edu".
  4. Enter your ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Network ID (abc123) and passphrase.
  5. Use DUO for two-factor authentication.
  6. Successful login will show the Favorites area.
  1. Open Citrix Workspace and log in
  2. View all available streaming apps by clicking on the + on the left side.
  3. Scroll through list to the program you wish and click the + to add to the list.
  4. To remove from the list, click on the check mark on the list.
  1. Click on the app you wish to start.
  2. Use software as needed.
  3. At the top of the screen click on the white down arrow to see options. Click on "Home" to return to the Favorites screen and select another software.
  1. If you prefer to use the MyApps Desktop, on your iPad open a web browser and visit myapps.case.edu.
  2. Log into MyApps
  3. Download a small file when prompted
  4. Open the file using Citric Workspace
  5. Select Desktop, then your preferred Desktop. Depending on your role at the university, you may see more than one desktop (e.g. Student Desktop, ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Desktop). You will now see a virtual Windows desktop.
