A big congratulations to Swetland Center staff member Rachael Sommer on her recent graduation from the Women Staff Leadership Development Institute (WSLDI) at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½. This is a year-long program in which female staff have an opportunity to develop and enhance their leadership and career skills through education, coaching and networking with other professionals across disciplines.
