The office—located in Sears 247—offers academic coaching, peer tutoring, supplemental instruction (SI) sessions and resources for non-native English speakers.
Academic Coaching
These sessions are personalized meetings to discuss reading, note-taking, test-preparation, time management or other academic strategies. They are designed to help you better understand your current practices and assist you in modifying them to achieve your goals.
Peer Tutoring
Peer tutoring is available for over 150 ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ undergraduate courses. You can search and schedule appointments at .
SI Sessions
These sessions are a great way to connect with other students and engage in your course material. SI leaders will communicate with you regarding sessions, however additional information can be found on the website.
English Language Resources
Resources for non-native English speakers include weekly conversation hours, UNIV 102 and UNIV 103, as well as individual consultations to improve pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar.
