We affirm our ongoing quest to promote urban equity and inclusion through impact research that achieves more effective and durable social change outcomes.
 

Some recent examples include:

  • Our study of racial bias in inclusionary housing commissioned by the City of Cambridge was commended by the mayor, city council members and the community development department
  • Our five-year partnership with the Washington Housing Conservancy (WHC) has helped incorporate a alongside the innovative WHC real estate model
  • Our role helping coordinate the has been a chance to apply 20 years of mixed-income learning in our hometown
  • In partnership with MIT, we are to racial justice in housing

Reimagine. In our next decade, we will expand beyond the housing and community development sector to promote “transformative independence”
