Dr. Obeid received her PhD in Psychology from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY). Prior to joining ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, Dr. Obeid was a Visiting Assistant Professor at Lehman College, CUNY. She has taught multiple courses ranging from Child Development to Experimental Psychology. Dr. Obeid’s research has examined predictors influencing language difficulties in school aged children. She is also interested in research examining factors that predict stigma towards people with disabilities, both in the United States and across cultures. Dr. Obeid is passionate about teaching and working with students. She incorporates methods of student-centered teaching in all of her courses.
