Join us to explore two unique initiatives that support youth with special needs and their families in the Cleveland community and beyond. Nikki (Charisse) Montgomery, MA, MEd, GPAC, is the Executive Director of , and will discuss how her work improves equity, inclusion, and the quality of family engagement by providing evidence-based training programs for education and medical professionals and advocacy skills training for families. is an initiative that uses creative thinking and the arts to empower youth with serious illnesses and special needs. Founder and Executive Director Lisa Kollins, MA, will share how the nonprofit is similarly guided by core values of inclusion and representation, along with imagination and joy, to support families. Questions will be welcome during this interactive presentation.
