Time of incident: 10:35 pm
Incident description: A student was walking northbound on East 115th St. when he was approached by a male walking southbound who asked him for two dollars. The student did not comply at which time the male produced a knife. The student took two dollars from his wallet and dropped it on the ground. The suspect retrieved the money and then ran southbound on East 115th. The student was not injured during the incident.
Suspect description: The description reported to police by the victim is a black male approximately 5'6", 40 years of age, silver teeth, dreadlocks, pierced left ear. The suspect was wearing baggy jeans, a dark colored shirt and a black beanie style hat.
