Faculty Information System: Please validate your information

Dear Full-time Members of the Faculty:

I’m writing to share with you some very exciting news. The FIS will also serve to track institutionally relevant milestones in the faculty lifecycle from initial appointment through promotions and tenure, sabbaticals and leaves, and retirement. The FIS will be made available to all faculty in late Fall 2021.

You can find additional information about the system, including benefits to ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ faculty and a development timeline, on the .

I am writing to ask for your assistance in validating the following information in FIS associated with your record:

  • Contact information: home address, phone number, email address
  • Gender/sex
  • Race/ethnicity
  • Highest degree earned and corresponding year
  • Academic rank and department
  • Years at current rank

You will need to login to FIS at  to validate the information.** If any information is inaccurate or needs to be updated, please . This should take no longer than five (5) minutes to complete.
