Bianca earned her masters in Physician Assistant studies at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½. During her studies, she was the PA Director of the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ SRHC (Student Run Health Clinic), co-head of the PA Wellness Committee, member of the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Health Education Campus Interprofessional Committee, and member of the Josanne Pagel Advocacy Award Nomination Committee.

Since graduation, Bianca has worked in both surgery at University Hospitals and Cleveland Clinic and emergency medicine at Cleveland Clinic and continues to work in both. She has also been working with the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ PA Program as adjunct faculty since 2020.

Prior to the PA profession, Bianca worked as a high school science instructor and science department head in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After school, she facilitated STEM programs (YMCA and Girls Get I.T.) to encourage minorities in underserved communities to pursue STEM careers. Her passion for education and medicine was sparked while she was earning her two bachelor degrees at Florida State University as she worked as an ER scribe/MA and biology lab instructor.

Bianca was born in São Paulo, Brazil and enjoys her native latin roots. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. In her free time, Bianca enjoys traveling with friends and family, hiking, dancing, singing, and playing guitar.
